  • 5 days and 4 nights in the beautifully restored Casa Om Potomac retreat center, located on 60 acres of forest, on a 150’ cliff overlooking the majestic Potomac River

  • Accommodation with double occupancy rooms and a private bathroom for each room

  • Daily morning class with Thrive instructors - Original Hot Yoga in an on-site state-of-the-art hot yoga studio

  • Daily variety afternoon class with Thrive instructors - ie yin yoga, pilates fitness, guided meditiation, outdoor deck yoga

    THERAPIES (Additional cost)

    Individual body work (massage) is available for additional cost and to be scheduled upon arrival

  • Beginner yogis are encouraged to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to find the inspiration to start a personal practice. For more experienced yogis, a retreat is a great place to deepen and grow your yoga practice.

    A yoga class will be held every day and led by Ian, Jenny, or one of our Thrive instructors. Yoga styles will include Original 26+2 Yoga (Bikram) as well as other complimentary classes and guided meditations.

    We will supply you with a simple yoga mat. If you are mat fussy, please bring your own.

  • CASA OM RUNS A FULL GOURMET VEGETARIAN KITCHEN

    All meals are included for the week. The menu features extensive Mexican, Thai, New American, and Lebanese food.

    “Visitors love our fresh juices and smoothies and feast-worthy meals. All dishes are prepared with a healthy yogic lifestyle in mind. Gluten-free and vegan entrées can be prepared upon request. Those passionate about cuisine will find a like-minded soul with the chef at Casa Om.”

    All meals and non-alcoholic drinks are included (coffee, tea, water, soda, etc.)

  • Flights are not included.

    Casa Om Potomac is a beautiful 90-minute drive from Dulles airport (IAD). The cost and coordination of airfare and shuttle/taxi is the responsibility of the participant. Many participants prefer to road trip to Casa Om Potomac and enjoy the drive and scenery.

  • If booking is open, you can reserve your spot directly on this page by placing a deposit. If not, you can join the waitlist and we’ll notify you as soon as dates become available.

  • Each retreat includes accommodation, all scheduled yoga and meditation sessions, most meals, and curated excursions. Exact inclusions vary by location — see the “What’s Included” section above for full details.

  • Flights, travel insurance, and optional personal expenses like spa treatments or additional excursions are not included. Check the “What’s Not Included” section for specifics.

  • Absolutely! Many of our travelers come on their own. You can book a private room or request to be paired with a roommate in a shared room (when available).

  • Yes — a deposit is required to secure your spot once booking opens. The amount and payment timeline may vary by retreat, and full details will be shared when registration begins. Some deposits may be refundable. Check the pricing section on this page.

  • Cancellations made before a certain deadline (typically 60–90 days before departure) may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

    Each retreat has its own policy, which we’ll outline clearly when booking opens.

  • Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel delays.

  • We do our best to accommodate most dietary needs. Be sure to let us know during registration so we can make arrangements with our chefs and venues.

  • All levels are welcome. Our retreats are designed to support beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with options to modify or deepen your practice as needed.

Non-Refundable Payment Policy

If you would like to share a room, it's required that you fill the other space. If you’re a solo traveler and would like to share, please get in touch. We will try our best to find you a suitable roommate. Alternatively, the single room rate will apply.

All retreat payments are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Travel insurance is required for all retreat participants. Check with your credit card company if they provide, or go with an established company like IMG Global or Travelex Insurance.
